Who we are

This website is run by Oshkosh Towing & Roadside. You can reach us through the contact page or at support@oshkoshtowing.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the message you write, such as your location and vehicle. When you call, the call is logged with your number, its time and its length.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to call you back, quote the job and send a tow truck or roadside help. We may pass your request to the local towing company that runs the call. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to two years for billing and service history, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by emailing support@oshkoshtowing.com.
